Many landowners are interested in
managing their wetlands for waterfowl hunting or just for viewing.
The following pages describe several common techniques for
management of waterfowl including
moist-soil management and
green-tree reservoir management.
However numerous other waterfowl management techniques can
be implemented on your property such as the construction and
placement of wood duck boxes or mallard nest baskets. It
does not matter if you have large wetlands or small, if they
have the proper ratio of open water to emergent or woody
vegetation you can have waterfowl.

management in the section Where to go for help.
